Must sessions occur over consecutive weeks?
Ideally they would, however if you have a holiday arranged or for what ever other reason can not do consecutive weeks, this is fine.

Where do sessions take place?
38a Uxbridge Road, Kingston upon Thames (nearest train station is Surbiton which is 15-20 minutes from London Waterloo), then an 8 minute walk or 3 minute cab ride from Surbiton train station. Or over the telephone.

What happens when I sign up?
Full payment is due when you sign up for any of our services.   You will receive a booking confirmation from us straight away.  It will give you details of where to find us and local transport and parking facilities.

I have a physical disability that affects my mobility. Will the MythoSelf Process still work for me?
Some modifications will be made in the way Charles works through the process with people who have restricted mobility; however the end result remains intact.

Is this suitable for children or adolescents?
Yes. The MythoSelf® Process works effectively at any age. A Parent will be asked to accompany a minor beneath the age of 18 years.

Is there an upper age limit?
None whatsoever.

Are you able to give sessions over the telephone?
Yes this is possible and it does not reduce the impact of the sessions.
